“The WE team” was a phrase coined by our older son, Wyatt, when our younger son, Everett was born.  It quickly became a motto for our family; an analogy for how we wanted to do life together. As a team, we each have an important role to play that supports the whole unit, bringing our strengths to complement the strengths of the others.  When we founded WE Team LLC, our hope for the company was the same: that WE would serve our clients and employees as WE serve those in our family.
